Exchanges / Store Credit

Our Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and labels attached. Please ensure that the hygiene strip is intact for swimwear bottoms.
  2. Timeframe: You may initiate an exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges.
  3. Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, simply reach out to our customer support team with your order details. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
  4. Exchange Shipping: The cost of shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your return.
  5. Store Credit: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your credit. If approved, your store credit will be sent to you via a digital gift card within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping costs are deducted from store credit amount.
